How long do Rovelle candles burn?

Each of our 200g candles offers an approximate burn time of 35 hours. For the best experience, allow the wax to melt to the edge during the first burn and always trim the wick before lighting.

What kind of wax do you use?

We use 100% natural soy wax blend — a clean-burning, biodegradable, and vegan-friendly option. Our candles are cruelty free and free from parabens and silicones, offering a safe and luxurious aromatic experience.

What are your vessels made of? Do they get hot?

Our artisan vessels are handcrafted from concrete in the UK. While they may become slightly warm during burning, they are generally safe to handle after extinguishing the flame and allowing time to cool. Always place your candle on a heat-resistant surface.

Are your candles handmade?

Every Rovelle candle is poured by hand in small batches in the UK. Each vessel is unique, and subtle variations are a natural part of our artisanal process.

Are the fragrances natural?

Our candles are made with high-quality fragrance oils, optimised for candles, vegan-friendly, cruelty-free, paraben-free, and phthalate-free. However, some ingredients may cause allergic skin reactions in sensitive individuals.

Please always follow label instructions. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

Common allergens that may be present:
- Linalool
- d-Limonene
- Coumarin
- Citral
- Iso E-Super

These may vary slightly depending on the scent. For full CLP compliance details, refer to the label attached to your candle or contact us.

Candle Care

Tips to enjoy your candle safely and beautifully.

How can I prevent my candle from tunnelling?

Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during each burn — especially the first. This forms a full melt pool, preventing tunnelling. We recommend trimming the wick to 5mm before each use.

Do you provide safety instructions?

Yes. Each candle comes with basic safety guidelines. We also recommend visiting our Candle Safety page for detailed burning instructions.

Can I reuse the vessel?

Yes. Our artisan vessels are designed to be repurposed. Once cleaned, they make beautiful decorative accents, containers for small items, or plant pots. In the future, we also plan to offer candle refills to further reduce waste.

Orders & Gifting

Do you offer personalised engraving or messages?

While we do not currently offer engraving, we are happy to include a handwritten gift message on a small card upon request — perfect for gifting.

How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are prepared within 1–2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once your parcel is shipped.

Delivery times and services.

What delivery methods do you use?

We currently deliver within the UK using InPost and Royal Mail Tracked 48. Orders typically arrive within 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Is there a minimum order for free delivery?

No. At this time, all UK orders qualify for free tracked delivery, regardless of the order value.

Returns & Support

We're here if something goes wrong.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You may return unused products within 30 days from the order date. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. For full details, please refer to our Return Policy.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us at contact@rovelle.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item. We will ensure a swift resolution, whether through a replacement or refund.
